BULLETIN #17 - MAY 24, 2022

The NABET-CWA Network Negotiating Committee (NNC) is preparing resources and reference materials in advance of the upcoming secret ballot ratification vote. The timeline for the ratification ballot process is listed below:

• Voting materials containing full instructions along with ratification ballots will be mailed to the current address on file for you, from your respective Local on Friday, June 3, 2022. In order to be eligible to receive a ballot you must be either a full-time staff employee, a vacation relief or temporary employee, or a daily hire employee who has worked 20 days or more under the terms of the Master Agreement in the 14-month period from March 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022.
• You must return your ballot by mail, or in person, to your Local Union office by close of business local time no later than Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
• Ratification ballots will be tabulated, and the results of the vote will be announced, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022.
• If you do not receive voting materials by mid-June, contact your NABET-CWA Local office in order to request a replacement ballot.

The members of your bargaining committee are unanimously recommending that you vote to ratify this new agreement.
