If you're thinking about buying a new car, truck or van soon, be sure to consult the UAW's Drive Union Buying Guide. The guide lists all vehicles made by members of the UAW and the Canadian Auto Workers, as well as IUE-CWA. The list includes the familiar brands such as Buick, Chevrolet, Ford, Mercury, Dodge and Jeep, as well as union-made models from Mazda, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Volkswagen. Car shoppers should remember that not all vehicles made in the United States or Canada are built by union-represented workers. For example, most models of the GMC Sierra are produced in the United States but some are made in Mexico.
